This Jr. Studio Artist works with the Studio Manager, Production Manager, and Art Directors to bring creative ideas and designs to life across a range of media, including print, direct mail, digital, and video advertising. The job requires strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, plus knowledge of HTML5. It is an excellent opportunity to begin and grow a career in advertising and marketing communications.

Desired Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience in an agency setting or strong academic training in computer design
  • Comfortable on a Mac platform.
  • Strong proficiency in the latest Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
  • HTML understanding (HTML and CSS, Javascript/Jquery)
  • Ability to build/code HTML5 web advertising and/or HTML emails
  • Ability to manage art revisions (color correction and retouching) and text corrections; place hi-res art into layouts, resize files for various printing formats, and quickly troubleshoot, and solve digital file issues and make adjustments
  • Quality control capabilities, to interpret and catch mistakes within a file
  • Ability to coordinate with other departments to create/modify design projects
  • Knowledge of video/motion graphic software like (Adobe Premiere and After Effects) a big plus

Jr. Art Director

This Jr. Art Director will work with agency art directors, copywriters, and creative directors to conceive and design advertising and marketing campaigns across various media, including print, digital, mobile, out-of-home, direct mail, and video. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with a strong undergraduate portfolio to begin and grow a career in advertising while learning from an experienced group of mentors.

Desired Qualifications

  • Portfolio showing strong skills in both design and conceptual thinking in various media including print and digital
  • Excellent undergraduate and/or industry referrals
  • Comfortable on a Mac platform
  • Strong proficiency in the latest Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
  • Understanding of motion graphics, HTML, HTML5 and/or video editing a strong plus
  • Assist senior creative staff in extending campaigns across various media and resizing ads into different formats

Sr. Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive supports EVP Client Services in development of plans and execution of projects that support various brand and agency initiatives.  She/he should have experience with consumer engagement, direct response, digital marketing, and social marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing all projects development and execution seamlessly, ensuring the highest quality standards delivered on budget and on time.
  • Utilize agency tools in conveying all necessary information (i.e. creative briefs, job starts, status reports, client conference reports, etc.)
  • Maintain knowledge base for all assigned accounts, guiding strategic resources where appropriate.
  • Engage in day-to-day client contact and relationship building.
  • Effectively present, sell and defend all agency work/proposals to clients; and support other team members in these functions.
  • Keep apprised of clients’ brands/products/services/marketing developments.
  • Participate in the management of all project financials in accordance with agency policy and procedures
  • Establish effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams
  • Actively seek additional projects/new business from client contacts.
  • Open and honest communication both internally and externally.

Desired Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an advertising agency and/or consumer marketing company.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) presentation, listening skills.
  • Desire to build lasting client relationships based on value and trust.
